Cancellation & Revocation

How can I cancel my account?

You can easily cancel your account in the app:

Go to Settings and scroll down to "Cancel account" (marked in red).

If you no longer have access to the app: Please contact our customer support. You will then receive a cancellation form as well as your customer number. Once you submit the form completely filled out, the cancellation will be initiated.

How long can I cancel my card order?

The regular withdrawal period is 30 days. After this period expires, withdrawal is no longer possible – the card can then only be cancelled regularly.

How to withdraw or cancel your card:

  • Open the app and go to Settings
  • Scroll down to "Cancel account"
  • Fill out the displayed form completely and submit it

Our team will then review your request and get back to you.

Where can I find the Terms and Conditions?

You can find the Terms and Conditions directly in the app:

Go to "Legal" in Settings – there you will find the Terms and Conditions as well as other legal information.

Does my card contract have a minimum term?

Yes, after the one-month withdrawal period, a card contract with a minimum term of two years comes into effect.
