Important: Right-hand traffic. International driving licenses are not recognized - Chinese license needed. Alcohol limit: 0.2 per thousand (very strict).
Currency & Payment
China uses the Yuan (CNY). WeChat Pay and Alipay dominate - QR code payments everywhere. Cash is accepted less often. Foreign cards often don't work - cash important for tourists.
